Hong Kong Appraisal Advisory Limited is the Hong Kong branch of China United Assets Appraisal Group (中聯資產評估集團), the largest professional service group providing valuation and other professional services in the PRC. Our company is formed by a group of experienced professionals in Hong Kong with proven track record of producing quality reports as public documents required by world-wide Stock Exchanges such as the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, the Stock Exchange of Singapore, London Stock Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange. Business Valuation Analyst/Senior Analyst 

Responsibilities

•    Operate the Bloomberg terminal to seek various financial data and information;

•    Perform valuation analysis/reporting/modelling with instruction from supervisors, and in-depth        industry/market/competitor research;

•    Writer reports of analysis/research and conclusions of findings and present in a clear and                  concise manner;

•    Handle general enquiries and supporting works;

•    Take part in drafting marketing materials, communicating with potential clients and assisting in        presentations and publications to other professional parties or the public;

•    Out of office work may be required such as on-site diligence, filing documents etc.

 

Requirements

•    Educational Background:

     1) Bachelor degree with major in Finance or Accounting;

     2) Master degree in any discipline with a related qualification (such as CFA/CPA);

     3) Fresh graduates with potentials may be considered;

•    Candidates with few years of Valuation firms/CPA firms or in a similar role are welcome;

•    Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills;

•    Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese;

•    Deep Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and hands on experience in IT

Property Valuation Associate Director/Manager/Analyst 

 

Responsibilities:

•    Handle listed co. transactions, IPO and financial reporting property valuation assignments;
•    Cooperate with our brother branches to work on big projects; 
•    Supervise valuation assistants and assist in marketing;
•    Perform, review and sign off property valuation reports;
•    Maintain service quality by controlling accuracy and service efficiency.

 

Requirements:

•    Member of Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (General Practice Division), a must;
•    Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (General Practice Division), preferred;
•    Senior posts at least 5 years post qualification working experience in property valuation field,            with public transaction and court case records preferred;
•    Preference to business network sharing, retired consultants with bring-in business are                        welcome;
•    Fluent spoken and written English, Mandarin (a must) and Cantonese;
•    Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and hands on experience in IT.

ESG Manager/Analyst (ESG/Sustainability Consultancy and Reporting)

Responsibilities:

•    Handle listed co. ESG/Sustainability/Annual report assignments;

•    Supporting experts to provide compliance-above reporting services;

•    Working on ESG system development project;

•    Provide training or presentation to potential clients, and assisting in business development;

•    Maintain service quality by controlling accuracy and service efficiency.

Requirements:

•    Master or degree in Environmental Sciences, Environmental Economics, or relevant disciplines;

•    Some years’ experience in ESG or related areas, fresh graduates with potentials will also be                considered;

•    Familiar with HKEX statutory requirements, GRI and other international standards;

•    Adaptive, flexible and with ability to work under pressure with limited supervision;

•    Preference to candidate with listed co. networks and willing to assist in other assignments;

•    Strong analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills with presentable and professional                      servicing characters;

•    Fluent spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese;

•    Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and hands on experience in IT.
